IBDP

BIS welcomes students who balance high levels of academic achievement and extra curricular activities to join our IB Diploma Programme.

Applications for admission to the IBDP begin in the month of July. The application form needs to be filled by the student and submitted along with the requisite documents listed in the form and the registration fee at the IBDP office at BIS.

Students appear for an entrance test. Shortlisted students are called for a personal interaction with the IBDP faculty. Admission offers are made to selected students.

Admissions for Class of 2019 are now closed. The application forms for the Class of 2020 are now available either online or from the school office. Please complete the form and submit a hard copy along with all the required documents by the date given below.

An orientation for prospective students and their parents will be conducted on Friday 21 July 2017 at 3:30 pm in the school hall. Please click on this link if you would like to register yourself for this orientation.

July 10 2017 onwards: Forms available online or from school office.

July 21 2017: Presentation to parents and students, BIS School Hall, 3.30 p.m.

July 28 2017: Last date for returning completed application form with documents (if you are applying for a scholarship, please submit those documents as well)

August 5 2017: Entrance Test (Math, Critical Reasoning, English)

August 2 – 8 2017: Interactions with applicants

August 14 2017: Admission results

SCHOLARSHIPS FOR IB DIPLOMA PROGRAMME – BATCH OF 2020

As in the past, a certain amount of financial aid, to cover a part of the tuition, is available for the IBDP batch of 2020.

This year BIS is pleased to initiate merit-based scholarships as well. These will be awarded to the top 2 students in the merit order list. Both students will receive a waiver of 50% of the tuition fees. The scholarship will continue into the second year as long as the student maintains his/her academic standing.
